My client is looking for experienced, energetic and reliable department managers for their Darwin stores.

The successful applicant must have a positive outlook on their career, be motivated, and be able to work in an environment where the people come first.

You must be passionate about sales, and determined to deliver results through greatest people management and empowering your teams.

In return for your efforts, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between $50 and $60K plus super and other incentives.

The successful applicant will need to have:

• A background in volume retail management and sales
• Experience managing teams if at least 15 staff
• Outstanding people management skills
• The ability to coordinate and report on stock levels
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding targets and other KPI's
